Guaynabo Puerto Rico |
Located ten minutes inland from San Juan, Guaynabo was founded in 1769. The ruins of Caparra, which in 1508 was the first Spanish settlement to be founded in Puerto Rico, are located within the present town.
Guaynabo is part of the San Juan-Bayamon, Puerto Rico metro area.
